You will never be able to park in all of your assigned spots. If the Apartment Complex assigns you 2 spots, only one will be open
The Laundry Rooms are always full. C'mon, its a bunch of college students. What do you expect?

All in all, Athens Georgia is about the best place you could possibly live. The choices of apartments is endless, and you can find good apartments right next to ones that, well... need a little work. Hopefully, I'll be able to help you put some positives and negatives. I plan to be brutally honest.
