When you pull into Spring Lake Apartments of Athens GA you immediately know your moving somewhere special. The landscaping the apartment complex does is pristine, the buildings a neatly placed on the surprisingly large plot of land. Of course the garbage piles up sometime ath Spring Lake Athens, but other than this its known as one of the better run apartments in town.

When a friend of mine lived there for a while, I pretty much lived there too. The exterior is nicer than the inside. It looks a little older on the inside, but my friend never really had a problem.

This was once the haven of the young professional, but times they are a changing. There were a couple of hot parties at Spring Lake last year (college students celebrating, I mean this is a college town for heavans' sakes): I guess apartment hunters in Athens finally fell for its charm.

Overall Spring Lake Athens Apartments are a solid 6.5

• New Management always a question mark

Overall, Spring Lake Apartments of Athens Georgia are solid. You won't be sad you moved there, and like I said your friends will be jealous.
